Start with the category and format that fit your story. Product-specific options will appear on each product page when the catalog launches.
2. Add Your Details
Enter the names, dates, short messages, colors, and other personal touches requested for that design. Review spelling and dates carefully.
3. Upload Your Photo or Artwork
Choose a clear, high-quality photo or customer-owned artwork that you have permission to use. Each product page will list the files and references it accepts.
4. Review Your Personalization
Check every name, date, photo, message, and selection before placing the order. UTFI does not provide a separate design proof or customer approval step before production.
5. UTFI Creates Your Collectible
Once an order is accepted, it proceeds into the production workflow using the submitted personalization. Production takes approximately one week and is separate from shipping transit time.
6. Delivery and Fulfillment
After production, Standard Shipping costs USD $20 with an estimated transit time of 2–3 weeks. Express Shipping costs USD $60 with an estimated transit time of approximately one week. These transit estimates are separate from the approximately one-week production time and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
